THERAPY! is a brand spanking new Metal club night for Nottingham, held every month @ SEVEN

Launching on SATURDAY 21st MARCH, Therapy! is two floors of metal & hard rock as it should be, with cheap drinks and a laid-back attitude.

UPSTAIRS: Extreme
Featuring a diverse range from the crushingly brutal end of the death metal & hardcore scale, from Converge to Cannibal Corpse & everything in-between.

DOWNSTAIRS: Metal / Hard Rock & Requests
Everything from Pantera to Alice In Chains.
Our DJs pride themselves on having (and playing) all your requests (within reason- no Girls Aloud please, save it for the ride home).

SEVEN is Nottingham's newest live music venue in Canning Circus, with a completely refurbished interior, state-of-the-art PA system and food served all night.
